Submission guidelines /Steps to help you with the submission

Your experiences as a patient/ relative may be related to
  • Public or Private Health facilities
  • Hospitals, staff, administration
  • Doctors or other staff
  • Health Insurance agencies
  • Treatment costs, drug costs
  • Seeking grievance redressal as a patient
  • Good practices by hospitals/staff
  • Any cases of successful grievance redressal
Your experience should describe the following aspects
  • Are you a patient/relative?
  • Details about the health condition
  • When did the incident occur? (how many days back?)
  • Where the treatment was procured? (public /private institution, clinic/hospital set up etc.)
  • Details about the impact the entire process had on you and your family? Impact can be on various levels including monetary, social, psychological etc.
All the submitted stories will be reviewed by the researcher’s for anonymity reasons and selected stories would be published on the website.

Review Guidelines

Your experiences will be reviewed to remove any identification markers to any person, institutions or companies or otherwise. The content has to be complete, relevant, coherent and non-abusive. Since the information will be in public domain, we encourage you to maintain due discretion while sharing your experiences. Review will not verify facts or cross-check any information and hence the website is not liable for any misrepresentation or misinformation of facts or events.

Comments

Any comments or stories found to be abusive or offensive will be removed without any justification. Abuse will constitute any content containing abusive language, threats of violence against others, defamatory allegations, links to unrelated or pornographic websites.
